6 week Strength training programme
This 6-week block is designed to improve strength in 3 main lifts of your choice (Squat variation, bench press variation, Deadlift variation).
The programme also includes assistance & accessory work to 1) help improve the main lifts & 2) ensure there are no imbalances with development.
The programme itself is presented in an Excel spreadsheet. Within this sheet, there are options in which main exercises you can choose. So you can choose the exercises which best suit your needs / abilities / wants.
The programme is structured with 3 training sessions, with an optional 4th session. The programme is designed for general strength development. This programme is not tailored to the individual needs of a specific sport / activity.
